Being the in-form fisherman at the moment, Tay gave a sudden fright to us all....He ran to his rod and whacked it hard....He reeled it in and a Ikan Sembilang or Catfish Eel was it......The bites were decreasing at that moment till....Oh..Nooooo....!!!

I had to re-confirmed by touching the sinker...It was so cold...By this time, Tay had hooked an eel and this shows that the water temperature had drastically changed.....and fish bites were already scare....

Next, was Kevin with his spot-on striking on his self-customed 6'ft Expedition rod. A tug-of-war between him and the fish can be seen by the constant U-bend of his rod. Being a seasoned fisherman, he pumped in steadily with short-strokes in order to avoid the fish diving down to the corals below. After a fierce fight, a 1.5kg Dog Shark or Ikan Yu came up surrendering. Definately, none of us would consumed the sharks....But, they were worth for the picture taking all right...

All the sharks were released unharmed after picture taking....It gave us a bit of workout....for Kevin the Sharkman....

Even i was in the thick of the action.....The shark crunched hard on the bait, then sprinting causing my 7'6'ft Opsray rod to bend over into a U-shape giving me a hard workout...I mananged to guide the shark safely to me but not without putting my Abu6500c4 reel in extreme drag pressure condition....

The Dog shark or Ikan Yu was about 1.5kg...All the sharks or undersized fish were released safely...Tks, for your attention....
