The evergreen daiwa black diamond rg 7000 spinning reel. Costing at $52. Bought by my dad in the year 1983 in beach road. I was there with him and saw mostly all daiwa reels n rods were 'made in japan'. This reel in particular had brought up a massive 7'ft shovelnose ray while we were catching squids at pulau Salu in the1980's.
